For a perfect functioning of your devices
We offer a wide range of services to ensure that your hearing aids and external implant parts - processor, coil, cable plus magnet - function properly for a long time. This includes:
- Cleaning & care: Our specialised staff will show you how to clean your devices or external implant parts. We will also show you the products you need and the appropriate accessories, e.g. dryers.
- Maintenaince & repair: Our specialist staff will check the functionality of your hearing aid. We also take care of maintenance, battery replacement and repairs. We have spare parts in stock or order them for you.
- Adjustment & readjustment: Our specialised staff checks settings and readjusts them if necessary. We adjust devices and external implant parts to your actual needs.
In addition, we offer you a free annual hearing test at Oberlin Hörpunkt.
Our services are generally free of charge. Only repairs and spare parts may incur costs. We will advise you on those to be covered by the health insurance companies.
